RCM is a new concept, therefore so many questions arise in the mind of distributors. Some of these frequently asked questions and theirs answers have been listed here.

Q1) How to Start RCM ?
Ans:  One has to prepare for the following things before starting RCM – Before introducing RCM to someone you should be dressed with RCM clothes because quality of the clothes speaks for itself. S please get the clothes stitched from a good tailor after getting your kit. Use all RCM Products. Please make a set of tools such as book Jeevan Ek Khoj, Marketing Plan Book, Product Catalogue, CD-RCM An Introduction, RCM Times etc.
Make a list of all prospective persons in Building Quality Team Book to be contacted for this purpose.
Arrange for a home meeting at your place and invite all your family and relatives and ask your up line to address the meeting. Initial 5 to 10 plan show should be conduct in the presence of the up line and when you think you are confident enough to show the plan and can answer all the questions and queries efficiently then you can start to show the plan on your own.
It is necessary for you to collect the complete knowledge of the RCM. For this, you must read related books, listen CD, attend RCM Academy Course, converse with active and successful distributors and the company and read RCM Times. Make a time-schedule to be given to this work everyday.
Q2) How much commission will I earn on any amount business volume in my legs?
Ans:    Your commission is decided on the basis of business volume in your legs. Your total group commission is calculated on the basis of your total business volume depending upon your slab position. Your share of commission will decided on the basis of business volume of your legs A & B separately. Commission will differ according to situations. In the same the way, you can calculate commission in different situations. You will get entry in Loyalty Club for every 10 points earned by you through purchase and proposed joining and thus you will get Loyalty Bonus.
Q3) If I don’t make further joining of new distributors in my down line, and only use the products & make repurchase how much commission will I get?
Ans:    In case there is nod distributor in your down line or no business volume is there still on the basis of self purchase you will get commission on slabs indicated as
Commission on Slabs:
Upto 2,499 = 0%
2,500 = 1%
5,000 = 2%
10,000 = 3%
20,000 = 4%
40,000 = 5%
80,000 = 6%
1,60,000 = 7%
2,50000 = 8.5%
3,50,000 = 10%
If there is any business volume in your down line it would increase your commission and not decrease in any case it is explained as-

Thus you have dual opportunity to get the profit. You get income on your repurchase along with income form the business volume of down line. So it is more fruitful to put effort on both side; self purchase and down line purchase. By making regular purchase you get biggest benefit which is of Loyalty Plan. You get Primary Promotional Amount, Monthly Promotional Amounted Yearly Promotional Amount. For this you need to study the Loyalty Plan in detail.

Q4) Whether I should pay more attention towards new joining or on retailing?
Ans: With new joining you get your group enhanced and the number of working people increase. But for a new joining, without explaining him the complete marketing plan or any impulsive means would not be fruitful. He would work only when he is interested in RCM. First of all, demonstrate all the products and explain about the policy. After getting acquainted with the products and plan if he is ready to work, only then make him join or else share the products only. Besides joining and retailing you should focus to make all your down line distributors the quality distributors.

Q5) My one leg is performing very well but there is no work in second leg. Can I start work in second leg now?
Ans: Certainly yes! And, as soon as you start working in second leg you can start earning, because you are already at very good commission slab. You will earn on your self purchase also.

Q6) If I have more distributors to join after opening both of my legs, then what should I do?
Ans: Make them join below your both legs because as the group of your down line increases, you business volume will increase. More distributors you get to join more profit you make. You will earn points also.

Q7) If one of my leg get closed, is it necessary to open a new leg?
Ans: It ain’t necessary. You may restart by providing joining below that leg. You may also contact old distributors to update them with overall progress of business and future potential. They may start working again.

Q8) How should I set my distributors in legs?
Ans: You must keep persons of one circle in one line. Persons of one circle or family of one place should not be divided into leg A and leg B, so that they many work jointly.

Q9) What is the meaning of active Up line or active Distributor?
Ans: Active Up-line or distributor is a person who takes part in each and every activity, gains experience, attends meetings, keeps proper information regarding the business, works consistently with full devotion, takes meetings, follow the company’s norms in a disciplined way and by properly filling Building Quality Team Book and by being faithful to RCM and only such distributors achieve long time success. Their guidelines are very important for you.
Q10) How is royalty calculated on the basis of difference?
Ans: The Leg in which you are getting royalty and someone in your down lines also getting royalty in same leg, then you will get your net royalty after deducting down line’s royalty amount. This is explained in the following example-

Total Royalty                      6, 00,000 X 6% = Rs. 36,000/-
Less: Royalty A                 4, 00,000 X 3% = Rs. 12,000/-
Your Net Royalty                                           = Rs. 24,000/-

Q11) Is royalty payable every time if we get once?
Ans: Royalty is payable, when there is consistency or increase in business volume of both legs but notify your business comes below the royalty slab in a particular month. All the commission and royalty is settled on monthly basis.
If you are a quality distributor and have made quality distributors in your down line then possibilities of increasing your business volume every month is confirmed and automatically you will get royalty. The most important thing is to make quality distributors in your group and to follow-up with them regularly.

Q12) What should we do if our up line doesn’t support us?
Ans: In such a case you can contact his active up line and ask for support. But do not expect that an up-line will assist you everywhere. He will give you support in terms of knowledge or by arranging meetings in your area. It is your business and you yourself have to work for it. If you are dependent on others and wait for someone to come and guide, you are restricting your own growth. If you attend RCM academy Course and also making sure that your down line is attending this course and developing a quality team you can easily achieve your target.

Q13) How far one can rely on up line?
Ans: You can definitely rely on your active up line if his thinking is similar to books & RCM Academy Course. If he is guiding something against this then never rely on your up line. Moreover, never have blind faith, and keep money transactions apart from faith. Feed joining applications yourself. Do not disclose your password to anybody. Do not go against the rules & regulations even advised by up line, be aware where it is necessary.

Q14) If some distributors in my leg do not work, shall the network of my leg break up?
Ans: The network is never broken. The business in your down line to whatever depth will be counted in your business.
